This Privacy Policy explains how Let's Connect ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform to run WhatsApp and Email campaigns. It covers both information about you as a workspace user, and how we handle the contact data you upload to send campaigns to your own customers.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, password, and workspace details you provide when signing up or being invited to a workspace.
• Billing information — plan selection, billing cycle, and payment reference details. Card details, where applicable, are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our own servers.
• Contact data you upload — the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other fields in the contact lists you import to send campaigns.
• Usage data — log data, device/browser information, and how you interact with the Service, collected to keep the platform secure and to improve it.
• Message and delivery data — records of campaigns sent, delivery status, and engagement (such as opens/clicks), used to power the reporting features of the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including sending the campaigns you create;
• To process payments and manage your subscription;
• To communicate with you about your account, service updates, or support requests;
• To monitor for misuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• To improve and develop new features.

4. Contacts You Upload

When you upload a contact list, you are the party responsible for that data and for having the right to share it with us and message the people in it — see Section 5 of our Terms of Service. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf: we store and use it only to provide the Service to you (sending your campaigns and showing you your own results), not for our own marketing purposes, and we do not sell contact data to third parties. If you delete a contact, campaign, or your workspace, the associated contact data is removed from active use in line with our data retention practices below.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or your contacts' data. We share information only:

• With the messaging providers necessary to deliver your campaigns (for example, WhatsApp/Meta for WhatsApp sends, and our email delivery provider for email sends);
• With payment processors necessary to handle billing;
• With service providers who help us host and operate the platform, bound by confidentiality obligations;
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Let's Connect, our users, or others.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and contact data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss, including access controls scoped per workspace so that one workspace can never access another's data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and contact data for as long as your workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or as required for legitimate business or legal purposes (such as billing records). You may request deletion of your workspace and associated data at any time, subject to any retention we are legally required to keep.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. As a workspace owner, you can manage and delete your own contact data directly within the Service. To exercise other rights, or if you are a contact who was messaged by one of our workspaces and want to raise a request directly with us, contact us using the details below.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service functioning correctly. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure it is handled in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where required, we will ask you to re-accept the current version.
