These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Let's Connect (the "Service"), operated by us ("Let's Connect", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating a workspace, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to that business.
Let's Connect lets businesses import contact lists and send WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns, manage templates, and track delivery and engagement results. The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with a free trial period available to new workspaces.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace's login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
You are solely responsible for the contact lists, customer data, and any other content you upload to or send through the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you represent and warrant that:
Let's Connect acts as a platform that enables you to message your own contacts — we do not vet, endorse, or take responsibility for the source, accuracy, or legality of Your Content, or for how you obtained consent to contact the people in it. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content or your messaging practices, as set out in Section 11.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates this section, with or without notice, particularly where continued use risks the deliverability or standing of the Service for other workspaces.
The Service may offer more than one way to send WhatsApp messages. The Official channel uses WhatsApp's own approved Business API and template-approval process. The Unofficial channel, where offered, connects using a method that is not officially sanctioned by WhatsApp/Meta, and carries a real risk that the connected number may be restricted, rate-limited, or permanently banned by WhatsApp at their sole discretion, entirely outside our control. Where the Service requires you to explicitly acknowledge this risk before activating the Unofficial channel, that acknowledgment is a condition of using it. We are not liable for any restriction, ban, loss of access, or resulting business loss connected to your use of either channel.
You may stop using the Service and stop paying at any time; your data is retained for a reasonable period afterward in case you return, and may be deleted after prolonged inactivity. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 10, and 11) will continue to apply.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Let's Connect and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business during your subscription. You retain all rights to Your Content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, opened, or read, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let's Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Let's Connect harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where required, we will ask you to re-accept the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
